Nice slow easy day! Needed the recovery. Started to do doubles this week.
7am-Half mile barefoot grass warm up. 25 minute run. 3 miles. Took it pretty easy today. Recovery day. Kids club and ultimate was fun today with the team!
8pm-25 min run, 3.35 miles. Ran to the water wheel park in the middle of town from my house tonight. Felt nice and wasn't too scorching luckily.
