Half mile barefoot grass warm up. Easy 30 min run up tortuoise trail. Got farther than last time I ran this one!! Progress is good. I sprinted in the relay race for kids club and it was fun. My hips were a little hurting ish. I stretched though. I was shaky during kids club a little so maybe on Tuesdays I should bring a snack for after the run. Fun day today! Miss Macey though.
